Paul is Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Snafu Pictures, where he is developing a slate of author-led animated Film and TV projects for a diverse audience. Snafu Pictures’ debut series, Bad Dinosaurs, is launching on Netflix in Spring 2024.

Prior to setting up Snafu, Paul produced animation and visual effects across television, film, advertising and games for more than 20 years at some of the world’s leading studios including The Mill, Glassworks & Axis Studios.

Paul has worked on an outstanding catalogue of shows including two seasons of the fan-favourite hybrid production Happy! (SYFY/Netflix); the BFI-funded feature film Gwen; Black Mirror – San Junipero (Netflix); Cary Fukunaga’s Maniac (Netflix) and Kristian Levring’s The Salvation. He has also worked on dozens of high-profile advertising campaigns for the likes of Guinness, Mercedes, O2, Heineken, G-Star, Nike and many more. During this time, he was privileged to work with such lauded directors as Frank Budgen, Tom Hooper, Juan Cabral, Chris Palmer, Rankin, and Fredrik Bond to name a few.
