Mike Mitchell is an American Director with over two decades of experience. Mitchell recently consulted on the live-action Lilo and Stitch for Disney. He directed Kung Fu Panda 4 with Jack Black, and created, wrote and directed The Barbarian and the Troll, a show on Nickelodeon.

Mitchell’s work has received many awards and accolades, including his work with Justin Timberlake on Trolls, which earned an Oscar and was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Original Song. Not only does Mitchell direct feature films for major studios, he also consults, produces, storyboards, and writes for both TV and feature. With years of experience under his belt, Mike has played a pivotal role in the production of many major IP’s including: Shrek Franchise, Madagascar, Lego, SpongeBob Squarepants, and many more.
